Planning a successful event activation is not an easy task. From selecting the appropriate event, to securing the right staff, to creating an eye-catching booth design, to identifying promotional tactics; it's a LOT of work! 
 
Some companies choose to manage and staff an event activation in-house because they're under the assumption that it's cheaper and easier. We beg to differ! Here are 5 benefits of outsourcing to an experiential marketing agency:
 

On April 28th my 15-year-old daughter, Whitney, and I had the unique opportunity to host the 4th Annual Foundation for MetroWest Spring Inspiration Breakfast. The Foundation, located in Natick, MA, connects philanthropic opportunity with demonstrated need in the MetroWest area of Boston. Its philosophy is simple:  "You can make a world of difference in your own backyard". In addition to distributing funds, the foundation provides training and education to charities so they can operate more effectively and efficiently.

Event marketers know all too well that the “devil is in the details” when they execute programs on behalf of their clients. The right event. The right creative. The right brand ambassadors. The list goes on and on.  It’s just the nature of the beast. And yet, in our opinion, there is one component that stands out as the most important: Engagement. Without this, interaction with potential customers is limited and the prospect of producing an impactful program with successful results is minimized.
 

In New England, the month of November brings cooler weather, fallen leaves…and Thanksgiving! Friends and families gather to enjoy a meal, have fun, and give thanks.
